SED-PT

Operator places product on the horizontal conveyor(or links to upstream filler / packer). The bag-separator mechanism gaps products evenly. As each product passes the photoelectric bottle sensor, the PLC fires the label-feed motor; the self-adhesive label peels off the backing as it traverses the dispense plate. A second sensor reads the gap between labels and stops the feed motor at the right moment; a roller / wiping mechanism then presses the label onto the moving product(with synchronised conveyor motion to avoid relative slip), giving a smooth flat application. Counter and alarm functions track production and flag missing labels.
