Fonctionnement
Servo-driven straight-arm robotic manipulator picks cartons/packages from the infeed conveyor and stacks them onto pallets. Pick-and-place positions are taught via touchscreen HMI; a Schneider TM241 PLC sequences pneumatic gripper (Airtac air cylinder + solenoid valve) and Schneider LXM16 servo drives/motors to execute stacking patterns.
Processus de fonctionnement
