Body maker (SED-25LSLG-A): two unwinders (roll Dia 60 → 12.7 mm) feed laminate sheet (170–400 µm) through twin German BST edge guides (overlap variation ≤0.1 mm); web is wrapped around a water-cooled mandrel; high-frequency induction welding fuses the seam; dual steel belts compress the weld; servo-driven cutter trims tubes to length; American Banner bi-color sensor detects web joints and auto-rejects defective tubes. Shoulder welder (SED-100RHJ-A): pre-moulded shoulders are automatically loaded via synchronized conveyor; horizontal rotary table (8-station) thermally welds shoulder to tube body. Capper/sealer (SED-120XG-A): V-belt + manipulator tube feed; vibration bowl cap feed; foil top-seal and capping performed on 8-station horizontal rotary table; sealing and capping accuracy >99%.
