SED-BPTG is a semi-automatic single-head effervescent / milk / vitamin tablet tube-filling machine for the pharmaceutical, food and daily-chemical industries. It feeds large thin tablets in single-row orderly stacks (15
Fonctionnement
Tablets are fed into a vibrating tablet handler whose vibration aligns them in a single orderly row that drops onto a counting track. A colour-mark photoelectric sensor counts each tablet; once the set count (15 or 20) is reached, the upper-blocking pneumatic cylinder closes to stop the next tablet. The lower release cylinder opens, dropping the counted batch into a tube bottle held in the filling station. A roller motor rotates the tube to pack the tablets neatly. The operator places a cap; the bottle is moved to the capping station where a photoelectric switch detects it and triggers the capping cylinder to press the cap on. Cycle repeats.

Nettoyage et entretien
Wipe outer/inner machine surfaces with a clean wet towel before and after each shift; open the hood and wipe internals; wipe parts in direct contact with tablets first with a clean towel and then with 75% industrial alcohol for sterilisation. Clean the vibrating disc and tablet-drop track every day. Lubricate the filling-part rotary roller daily with engine oil; keep both end-bearings clean and free of foreign objects. Check all screws for looseness weekly. Use dry cloth on touchscreen, signal lights, photoelectric sensor windows. Clean inlet air filter; wipe cylinder/spring rods then apply pneumatic oil. Do not disassemble valves yourself. Lubricate transmission chain and width-adjustment knob monthly with oil (0–35 °C) or every 3 months with grease. Dust the electrical control cabinet weekly.
