Fonctionnement
Granules loaded into the 30 L (new) or 16 L (old) hopper are fed by an electromagnetic vibratory plate (closed-loop control with vibration-frequency sensor) at a controlled angle that separates particles, then directed onto 8 parallel inclined channels. The line-array CCD camera with self-developed light source images each channel in real time. The ARM processor applies image processing algorithms to detect and count individual granules. On reaching the set count, the patented gate manifold closes, and a pneumatic stopper releases the filled bottle and advances the next empty bottle. A built-in high-pressure dust-removal function periodically clears the channels.

Detachable corrugated plate and hopper come off without tools for fast viewing, replacement, and washing between products. Wipe SUS304 contact path and 8 channels with neutral detergent. Use the built-in high-pressure dust-blow function to purge optics during long runs in dusty product. Inspect and clean camera and light-source windows periodically.
