Fonctionnement

Empty capsules fall from the top capsule hopper, are oriented and presented to the 6-hole rotary dosing disc on the indexing turret. Each cycle the turret advances through stations: capsule pickup → cap-body separation by vacuum → dosing-disc tamping fills powder/granules into the body cavity (3D adjustment of disc clearance assures consistent fill volume) → defective rejection → cap re-fitting and locking by push-rod → finished capsule discharge → module cleaning. The under-mounted cam transmission is lubricated by a pressurized oil-mist atomizer to extend bearing/cam life; turret accuracy is preserved by 122 Japanese IKO-imported linear bearings. The Sunjie ATV13-2S1R5GH 1.5 kW VFD on a Taiwan Donglii 1.5 kW main motor sets speed; Shandong precision cam indexer 83-6/83-10 sets the indexing pattern. Siemens TK6071IP HMI + Siemens 14ES PLC manage start/stop, count, alarms, and per-piece + cumulative production display. A separate vacuum pump and built-in XCJ dust collector handle aspiration.
