Fonctionnement
Vials enter at the SED-zp-M unscrambler: feed turntable orients horizontal vials upright via mechanical guide on a rotating disc, with auto-stop on backup and auto-restart when cleared. They pass to the SED-70CXP-M washer: 8-head water + air rinse with VFD speed control under SUS304 hood. Cleaned vials enter the SED-150RXG-M tunnel oven: pre-heat zone (100-150°C, 2-3 min) → sterilization zone (200-550°C, 10-15 min, FH≥1365 over 20 min) → exit; finned tubular heaters (Jiangyan Xinghuo, 20×1.5 kW), Hongda centrifugal blowers, Pt100 (Shanghai SIPAI Grade-A) feedback to CTL-5FP03 controller. Sterile vials feed into the SED-8-12XGS-M filler-stopperer: 8 peristaltic pump heads (two banks) fill each vial (±2%), then 12 stopper heads place rubber stoppers. Stoppered vials transfer to the SED-12ZG-M capper: aluminum caps oriented by vibrating bowl → 12-head single-knife rolling crimp at up to 200 vials/min. Capped vials proceed to the SED-100YDT-M vertical labeler.
