Fonctionnement

A rare-earth PM synchronous motor drives twin screw rotors compressing ambient air drawn through the inlet filter and inlet valve. Lubricating/cooling oil is injected into the compression chamber to seal clearances and remove heat; the oil-air mixture passes into the oil-air separator where oil is separated and recirculated. The VFD modulates motor speed in real time to match actual air demand, eliminating unloaded running and reducing energy consumption by 15–40% vs fixed-speed compressors.

Nettoyage et entretien

Replace air intake filter cartridge after first 500 hours; thereafter every 1500 hours under normal conditions (shorten interval in dusty environments). Change compressor oil per maintenance schedule (interval depends on oil contamination and ambient humidity). Replace oil filter element and oil-air separator cartridge per scheduled intervals. Clean cooler fins if exhaust temperature rises excessively. Do not mix different lubricant brands or grades.
