A rare-earth PM synchronous motor drives twin screw rotors compressing ambient air drawn through the inlet filter and inlet valve. Lubricating/cooling oil is injected into the compression chamber to seal clearances and remove heat; the oil-air mixture passes into the oil-air separator where oil is separated and recirculated. The VFD modulates motor speed in real time to match actual air demand, eliminating unloaded running and reducing energy consumption by 15–40% vs fixed-speed compressors.

التنظيف والصيانة

Replace air intake filter cartridge after first 500 hours; thereafter every 1500 hours under normal conditions(shorten interval in dusty environments). Change compressor oil per maintenance schedule(interval depends on oil contamination and ambient humidity). Replace oil filter element and oil-air separator cartridge per scheduled intervals. Clean cooler fins if exhaust temperature rises excessively. Do not mix different lubricant brands or grades.
