Fonctionnement
Water is loaded into the boiler body. Depending on steam demand, one, two or all three 20kW heating element groups are activated. The elements heat the water to produce saturated steam (171°C / 0.7MPa) which is delivered through the DN15 steam outlet. Three-level water-level control (high/mid/low) prevents dry-burn on water stoppage; dual pressure controllers automatically cut power if pressure exceeds the set point; a full-lift safety valve opens at 0.73MPa for additional pressure relief; a wall-temperature sensor cuts power and triggers an alarm if the furnace wall exceeds 165°C.
