La description complète de ce modèle est encore en cours de traduction. Consultez les détails en anglais ou demandez des informations à notre équipe. English
SED-420-31Y-D is an enclosed automatic rotary tablet pressing machine with 31 punch stations and a button-style operator panel. The dual-pressing turret continuously feeds, fills, presses and ejects tablets at up to 0–30
Fonctionnement
A motor drives the spindle through a timing belt and worm/worm-gear pair sealed in an oil bath. The spindle rotates the turret carrying 31 sets of upper/lower punches and dies clockwise. As each station passes through (a) the sifting feeder for filling, (b) the upper/lower guide rails to set fill depth, (c) the upper/lower press wheels for the main pressing event, and (d) the discharge cam, a tablet is formed and pushed off into the discharge chute. A safety unloading device on the upper press wheel: when actual punching pressure exceeds the spring set value, the upper press wheel lifts via balancing-spring displacement, a process switch trips, the buzzer/light alarm is triggered and the machine auto-stops. A dust-suction auxiliary keeps the pressing room under negative pressure to remove airborne powder.

Nettoyage et entretien
Wipe outer/inner machine surfaces and conveyor with clean wet towel before and after each shift; open the machine to wipe internals; clean hopper first with a clean towel and then with 75% industrial alcohol for sterilisation. After each batch / when stopping, remove all remaining powder; if stopping for a long time, dismantle all punches/dies, clean the whole machine, oil polished surfaces and cover with cloth. Inspect worm-gear, bearings, press wheels, crankshaft, upper/lower tracks 1–2 times per month and repair any defects. Lubricate per schedule: N46 oil in summer / N32 in winter for worm gearbox (worm 1/3 immersed); replace every 6 months. Lubricate upper press-wheel surface via two round caps on top cover (drop oil only enough for felt absorption). Open right side panel every 6 months to grease the spindle lower bearings. N32 oil on punches/tracks (sparingly). Clear cooling-fan dust on electrical components regularly with compressed air.
