Fonctionnement

Employs vacuum freeze-drying technology by lowering temperature and pressure to remove moisture. The drying chamber with 39 m² SUS 316L shelves (13+1 layers, 2,000 × 1,500 mm shelf size) freezes product to ≤ -55°C (shelf min), then primary drying is performed under high vacuum (≤2 Pa) with PID-controlled electric heating at 1°C/min rate. The cryogenic condenser (coil min ≤ -75°C) captures sublimated vapour. Three Italian Fujihao dual-stage compressors provide independent shelf and condenser refrigeration. CIP is performed via SUS316L nozzles and piping with a water-ring pump.
