SED-400QYDJ-C — Automatic Light/Vision Inspection Machine

La description complète de ce modèle est encore en cours de traduction. Consultez les détails en anglais ou demandez des informations à notre équipe. English

SED-400QYDJ-C Automatic Light/Vision Inspection Machine. Vision-based machine for detecting insoluble foreign matter in transparent containers — glass shards, fiber, hair, white blocks. Two product configurations: oral-l

Cadence
200–400 bottles/min (oral-liquid 10 mL); 200-300 bottles/min for 2-20 mL vials/ampoules

Fonctionnement

Bottles enter via conveyor belt and screw infeed (stable, adjustable speed). At a high-speed rotation station the bottle spins around its axis; the liquid inside spins with it, dragging foreign particles up. After abrupt motor brake, foreign particles continue to rotate by inertia while the bottle is stationary. Industrial cameras (Basler, ~6 cameras, ~75 photos per bottle) capture sequential images. Software analyzes spatial-temporal trajectory in image series to identify particles by color, shape, and motion. Reflected illumination detects glass shards and white blocks; back-lit illumination detects black spots/blocks, non-transparent fibers, hair, and color anomalies. A fourth static station checks sealing quality (capping) and fill level. Software directs sorting starwheel: pass goes to qualified outfeed tray, fail to rejection tray. Stroboscopic light prevents interference and extends light-source life. Dynamic vial positioning auto-tracks bottle location to reduce false detection.
