Steam-heated 300 L dissolving tank melts sugar → transfer pump feeds holding tank → piston dosing pump + preheater + vacuum cooker (H62 copper micro-film generator + 5.5 kW vacuum pump dehydrates syrup) → 2× cooling tables (water-cooled, reduce candy-mass temperature) → 4-roll insulated batch roller (maintains plasticity under heating) → 5-pair rope sizer shapes into strands → high-speed chain-type forming machine stamps candy at 800–1000 pcs/min (center filling 15–30%) → 3-layer air-conditioned cooling tunnel (6500 mm) sets shape → output. Optional: batch pulling machine (10–30 kg/batch, 2.2 kW) for whitening.
