Steam-heated 300 L dissolving tank melts sugar→ transfer pump feeds holding tank→ piston dosing pump + preheater + vacuum cooker(H62 copper micro-film generator + 5.5 kW vacuum pump dehydrates syrup) → 2× cooling tables(water-cooled, reduce candy-mass temperature) → 4-roll insulated batch roller(maintains plasticity under heating) → 5-pair rope sizer shapes into strands→ high-speed chain-type forming machine stamps candy at 800–1000 pcs/min(center filling 15–30%) → 3-layer air-conditioned cooling tunnel(6500 mm) sets shape→ output. Optional: batch pulling machine(10–30 kg/batch, 2.2 kW) for whitening.
