Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed on a star-wheel indexing system. The 4-head piston pump meters the fill volume precisely; the injection nozzle descends into the bottle (lifting fill) to ensure complete and splash-free injection. After filling, a swing arm places the cap; the patented pre-rotation mechanism pre-spins the cap before the dual servo-motor capping heads apply final torque. An eccentric-cam transmission drives the entire sequence with low noise and long service life. The star-wheel overload-protection device stops the machine automatically if bottle jamming is detected.
