Bottles with applied PET/PVC shrink-sleeve labels travel through the tunnel on a conveyor (0–35 m/min). Saturated low-pressure steam (≤0.1 MPa, 10–20 kg/h) is distributed via a manifold (sub-vapour packet) to seamless steel pipes with three independently adjustable spray-nozzle stages. Steam evenly heats the sleeve, achieving smooth, wrinkle-free shrinkage. Insulated stainless body retains heat; condensate drips to the bottom stainless-steel collector tray.
