Fonctionnement

The product is loaded onto temperature-controlled shelves inside a sealed chamber. A refrigeration system (DANFOSS compressor components) lowers the shelf temperature to −50 °C to freeze the product. A vacuum pump then reduces chamber pressure so that ice sublimates directly to vapour (primary drying). Residual moisture is removed by raising shelf temperature under vacuum (secondary drying). A PLC (FATEK) with touchscreen HMI governs the full process cycle; vacuum is measured and regulated continuously, with an audible/visual end-point alert.
