Fonctionnement

The auto case erector opens a carton and seals the bottom with tape, then the carton is servo-conveyed and positioned in a slot on the carton transport line. A vision system detects and counts incoming bagged products (e.g., facial-mask sachets). The Delta robot end-effector (vacuum suction cups) picks 1–3 bags per cycle and places them into the positioned carton slot. Once packed, the carton advances to the pre-press station, then the auto case sealer applies tape to the top flaps. The full line is interlocked via a coordinated control system.
