The SED-2FGJ-B is a fully automatic dual-head screw powder weighing and quantitative packaging machine, supplied with an integrated auger screw feeder. Workflow: bottle in → bottle holder (vibrate + settle) → main screw

Fonctionnement

Bottle in → holder vibration + settle → main screw rapid metering fill → vibration (eliminate gaps) → weighing sensor real-time feedback → supplemental fill (precise top-up) → vibration + checkweigh → over-tolerance reject → bottle out. Two weight sensors under the container tray control fast/slow fill speed. Fixed-mount auger eliminates metal contamination.
