Fonctionnement

Rolls of PVC film are drawn through forming, heat-sealing, batch-printing, creasing and punching stations by a servo-driven traction mechanism. PVC is thermoformed into blister cavities under heat and pressure, products are loaded by the YAMAHA robot feeding system, and lidding aluminium foil is heat-sealed. Downstream stations detect and reject non-conforming blisters; finished boards are conveyed to the paired SED-150GZH2-B cartoning machine via an online linkage conveyor.

Split frame in two sections (2.2 m + 1.4 m) joined by pin-shaft positioning and bolts; rotating main-shaft segments coupled by couplings; electrical wiring via aviation plugs

YAMAHA robot ampoule/vial loading station with mechanical forming detection, bottle-press detection, vacuum detection, and vision camera inspection

Rear-mounted main motor with synchronous-belt drive (no chain, no oil contamination) and rear open-access service door
