Funktionsweise
Rolls of PVC film are drawn through forming, heat-sealing, batch-printing, creasing and punching stations by a servo-driven traction mechanism. PVC is thermoformed into blister cavities under heat and pressure, products are loaded by the YAMAHA robot feeding system, and lidding aluminium foil is heat-sealed. Downstream stations detect and reject non-conforming blisters; finished boards are conveyed to the paired SED-150GZH2-B cartoning machine via an online linkage conveyor.
Prozessbeschreibung
1Rolls of PVC film are drawn through forming, heat-sealing, batch-printing, creasing and punching stations by a servo-driven traction mechanism.
2PVC is thermoformed into blister cavities under heat and pressure, products are loaded by the YAMAHA robot feeding system, and lidding aluminium foil is heat-sealed.

Separated operation/rotation zones: all mechanical cam drives are on the reverse side of the packing surface, eliminating cross-contamination and improving operator safety
Cantilever guide-rail structure provides an open, unobstructed underside for easy cleaning
Servo traction with imported ballscrew + imported servo driver; eyemark closed-loop registration eliminates cumulative pitch error at any speed
Active-discharge PVC unwinding motor maintains constant film tension independent of machine speed
Split frame in two sections (2.2 m + 1.4 m) joined by pin-shaft positioning and bolts; rotating main-shaft segments coupled by couplings; electrical wiring via aviation plugs
YAMAHA robot ampoule/vial loading station with mechanical forming detection, bottle-press detection, vacuum detection, and vision camera inspection
Rear-mounted main motor with synchronous-belt drive (no chain, no oil contamination) and rear open-access service door
Siemens dual PLC (S7-200 SMART) + Siemens HMI + Mitsubishi servo drives for traction, slide, and rotation axes
Single-line output: 375 ampoules/min (2 mL) or 250 vials/min (10 mL) at maximum speed
