Fonctionnement

Empty capsules are fed via the empty-capsule loader into the machine. The Taiwan precision intermission divider (Graduator RU100DS) indexes a series of stations: (1) capsule orientation — capsules aligned with body downward; (2) cap/body separation by vacuum (water-ring pump, −0.02 to −0.06 MPa); (3) powder filling via dosing discs/tampers from the main powder hopper (vacuum-fed by powder feeder); (4) optional pellet filling station; (5) cap-body recombination and locking; (6) discharge to optional capsule polisher and storage barrel. Defective capsules (uncombined/damaged) are rejected. SEW Germany R37DT90L4 main motor + Delta inverter drive precision indexing.

Nettoyage et entretien

Disassemble capsule-contact parts (filling discs, tampers, segment rings) at end of run; clean with neutral detergent and dry thoroughly. Operate dust collector throughout production. Clean powder hopper and chutes. Periodic SEW motor and bearing lubrication per maintenance schedule.
