Fonctionnement
Granular feed flows from the stainless-steel hopper into a Teflon-coated aluminum-alloy feeder which fills 10 dies on a rotating QT500-7 cast-iron turret. As the turret rotates, GCr15 hardened pressure wheels deliver pre-compression (up to 10 kN) and main compression (up to 80 kN). PLC and inverter drive the 2.2 kW motor at 5–30 rev/min, while displacement and pressure sensors with amplifiers monitor tablet thickness and force. Finished tablets are ejected from the lower punch and discharged.
