SED-226-10Y-B is a 10-die single-rotary tablet press for continuous, automatic compression of granular materials into round, special-shaped and lettered tablets up to 23 mm diameter. It suits both R&D and mass production

Granular feed flows from the stainless-steel hopper into a Teflon-coated aluminum-alloy feeder which fills 10 dies on a rotating QT500-7 cast-iron turret. As the turret rotates, GCr15 hardened pressure wheels deliver pre-compression(up to 10 kN) and main compression(up to 80 kN). PLC and inverter drive the 2.2 kW motor at 5–30 rev/min, while displacement and pressure sensors with amplifiers monitor tablet thickness and force. Finished tablets are ejected from the lower punch and discharged.
