Funcionamiento
Granular feed flows from the stainless-steel hopper into a Teflon-coated aluminum-alloy feeder which fills 10 dies on a rotating QT500-7 cast-iron turret. As the turret rotates, GCr15 hardened pressure wheels deliver pre-compression (up to 10 kN) and main compression (up to 80 kN). PLC and inverter drive the 2.2 kW motor at 5–30 rev/min, while displacement and pressure sensors with amplifiers monitor tablet thickness and force. Finished tablets are ejected from the lower punch and discharged.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Granular feed flows from the stainless-steel hopper into a Teflon-coated aluminum-alloy feeder which fills 10 dies on a rotating QT500-7 cast-iron turret.
