SED-20FDG rectangular vacuum freeze drying machine for food and pharmaceutical applications. Removes water by sublimation to preserve materials. Integral rectangular drying chamber + rectangular condenser, cGMP standard.

Fonctionnement

The material is first frozen to solid state, then water is sublimated from solid to vapour under vacuum, effectively removing moisture while preserving product structure and bioactivity. Vacuum freeze-drying follows a liquid→solid→gas path. The refrigeration system cools shelves to ≤-50°C; the vacuum system (rotary vane + Roots pump) achieves ≤2.6 Pa ultimate vacuum. The shelf heating/cooling circuit uses Dow Corning silicone oil circulated by a Grundfos pump with PID-controlled electric heating (24 kW). The condenser traps sublimated water vapour at ≤-55°C.
