Fonctionnement
Vials enter on a brushless-motor-driven rotary transport system. Two filling nozzles (ceramic plunger or peristaltic pumps, selectable) dose liquid with HMI-stored recipes for speed/height/stroke. A star wheel transfers vials to the stoppering station. A 316L stainless-steel vibratory bowl feeds rubber stoppers to the rotary stopper carousel where vacuum pickup holds each stopper. A lift platform raises each vial to insert the stopper - full or partial insertion selectable. Sensors and interlocks ensure no-vial-no-fill / no-vial-no-stopper and reject defective units.

1Vials enter on a brushless-motor-driven rotary transport system.
