Fonctionnement

Plastic bottles are loaded into a stainless-steel vibratory un-scrambler. Organised bottles are pushed into an indexing positioning dial that advances bottles two stations at a time. A dual-head screw doser (servo-motor driven) fills two bottles simultaneously with powder. After filling, a mechanical arm presses/rotates the outer cap. A small dispatch wheel then pushes the capped bottles onto the discharge conveyor for the next process.
