Fonctionnement

Standard version: Manually load syringes into chute → indexing wheel rotates intermittently → flip station (suction cup flips syringe 180° tip-up) → filling station (servo-driven plunger pump seals and pressure-fills) → capping station (manually pre-thread cap, capping head rotates to tighten) → discharge chute collects output. Gel version: Manually place nest tray → robot arm moves tray to filling platform → single fill needle enters syringe and rises with liquid level + vacuum filling (ceramic rotary-valve plunger pump) → vacuum stoppering (stoppering rod + vacuum body press down together, stopper inserted above liquid surface under vacuum) → manual collection. Nest-box version: Manually load nest tray → peristaltic pump filling + flip-stopper plate rotates 180° to deliver stopper + vacuum press stoppering → 7-servo CNC system controls all movements.
