Standard version: Manually load syringes into chute→ indexing wheel rotates intermittently→ flip station(suction cup flips syringe 180° tip-up) → filling station(servo-driven plunger pump seals and pressure-fills) → capping station(manually pre-thread cap, capping head rotates to tighten) → discharge chute collects output. Gel version: Manually place nest tray→ robot arm moves tray to filling platform→ single fill needle enters syringe and rises with liquid level + vacuum filling(ceramic rotary-valve plunger pump) → vacuum stoppering(stoppering rod + vacuum body press down together, stopper inserted above liquid surface under vacuum) → manual collection. Nest-box version: Manually load nest tray→ peristaltic pump filling + flip-stopper plate rotates 180° to deliver stopper + vacuum press stoppering→ 7-servo CNC system controls all movements.
