Fonctionnement
Un-scrambler Φ800 mm turntable auto-sorts cans (30–50 cans/min) → conveyor delivers to SED-1FGJ-H filler (10–30 cans/min capability; project rate ≈20–25 cans/min for 10–20 g fills) → PLC controls servo screw to dispense powder per set pulse count → screw feeder auto-replenishes to maintain hopper level → filled cans travel to SED-SXL-H capper (25–40 bottles/min, air pressure 0.5–0.7 MPa) for four-wheel cap tightening → water-cooled aluminium foil sealer → SED-800ZP-H can collector auto-collects and sorts finished cans.
