Fonctionnement
The powder filler uses a screw-metering filling method; touchscreen HMI controls fill volume; auto-stop functions trigger when bottles are absent or consecutive non-fill events occur. The rotary capper: bottles enter via turntable → buffer plate → inlet star wheel; an oscillator + cap-sorting track feeds aluminum/plastic caps to the bottle mouth; flexible single-blade roll-press tracking crimps the cap; roller-type bottle discharge. Both machines can run standalone or integrated on a linked line.
