SED-15PKXS-C fully automatic blister-pack thermoforming machine for PET/PVC roll-fed packaging. Workflow: PET/PVC roll → sheet heating → blister thermoforming → scrap recycling → (optional hang-hole / tear-line punching)

Fonctionnement
Roll-fed PET/PVC sheet is unwound and indexed by servo-controlled feed (30-220 mm stroke) into a heating zone (3.5 kW upper + 3.5 kW lower IR-style heaters); softened sheet is thermoformed in the mold cavity (vacuum/compressed-air assisted); scrap is recovered; optional punches form hang holes or tear lines; the finished blisters are die-cut and ejected. Cam-mechanical drive provides repeatable timing across 10-15 cycles/min.
