Fonctionnement

Operator hangs tubes on the inclined storage rack (capacity >1500 tubes for 20 g size). A flap with vacuum holes feeds tubes into cup seats on the rotating turret. A Banner (USA) color-mark sensor aligns the tube's print mark. The filling nozzle descends into the tube bottom, filling from the bottom up to prevent bubbles and splashing; a blow-cut action cleans the nozzle tip. Quick-release clamps connect the nozzle and barrel for fast changeover. For aluminum tubes: hot-air heat sealing; for plastic/composite tubes: thermal sealing, coding, and tail trimming. Seven servo motors (color-mark, filling, main drive, nozzle lift, turntable, plus two for dual system) are coordinated by the motion controller via synchronous-belt conveyance of tube cups.
