Fonctionnement
Sugar is crushed (400–500 kg/h, 17.25 kW, 3000×1500×2200 mm) and lifted into the gum base oven (two-way: upper trays bake gum base, bottom trays heat syrup; 10 kW, 350 kg/h, 7 layers×2 rows). The 100L mixer (OMT gear motor, 9 kW gross, hydraulic unload 1.5 kW, heating 6 kW) blends materials. The two-screw extruder forms uniform gum strands which feed a rotary forming machine that cuts olive/round shapes (10–25 mm). Pieces are coated (80–100 kg, air duct and fan), dehumidified (12–55°C), then conveyed to an eyeball packing line for cutting (1500–2000 sheets/h) and ultrasonic sealing of formed bottom film (10800–15000 pcs/h).
