Sugar is crushed(400–500 kg/h, 17.25 kW, 3000×1500×2200 mm) and lifted into the gum base oven(two-way: upper trays bake gum base, bottom trays heat syrup; 10 kW, 350 kg/h, 7 layers×2 rows). The 100L mixer(OMT gear motor, 9 kW gross, hydraulic unload 1.5 kW, heating 6 kW) blends materials. The two-screw extruder forms uniform gum strands which feed a rotary forming machine that cuts olive/round shapes(10–25 mm). Pieces are coated(80–100 kg, air duct and fan), dehumidified(12–55°C), then conveyed to an eyeball packing line for cutting(1500–2000 sheets/h) and ultrasonic sealing of formed bottom film(10800–15000 pcs/h).
