Fonctionnement

Pre-empty valve bag is placed onto the filling spout by the mechanical auto bag-applicator. The pneumatic pressure chamber (with cone-top valve and intermediate aeration parts) fluidizes the powder; a scissor valve handles coarse/fine feed; the pneumatic expansion sleeve seals the spout while load cells (Flintec) suspended below the spout do real-time gross-weight measurement. After target weight is reached, residual powder is blown clear and an ultrasonic head seals the bag. Filled bag drops to the under-scale belt conveyor and is routed to the next station.
