SED-12-12-12-6XGF-Z — Mineral Water and Juice Filling Machine

Bottles are fed by air conveyor through a bottle-diverting star wheel to the filling machine. The rinsing carousel holds bottle clamps that grip the bottle neck and rotate 180° along a guide rail to invert the bottle mouth downward. Special nozzles spray rinse water to clean the inner wall. After rinsing and draining, bottles flip back 180° mouth-up. Clean bottles pass via star wheel into the filler, where a neck support plate holds the bottle mouth. Gravity filling: when the fill valve contacts the bottle mouth, it opens and filling proceeds. Bottles pass via neck-clamp transfer wheel to the capper, where an anti-rotation blade holds the neck; the capping head simultaneously revolves and spins, with cam-driven gripping, sleeving, capping, and release actions. The whole machine enclosure is sealed with exhaust slots at the bottom.
