Fonctionnement

Operator loads a label-film roll on the rack, threads it via the feeding-roller mechanism (deceleration motor + conveying-roller group controlled by a material-presence sensor). High-sensitivity optical-fibre sensor detects the label; two sets of servo-synchronised drive rollers feed the film at the required size. Two sets of high-speed rotating brush wheels shoot the label onto the bottle. Eccentric-drive blade mechanism cuts the label. VFD-controlled conveyor chain synchronises with the screw bottle-divider and the feeding motor for easy production speed adjustment. Electrical control device provides manual, automatic, parameter-setting and monitoring screens; emergency-stop button for shutdown.

Nettoyage et entretien

Clean dust, oil, and foreign bodies from the machine after transport and installation. Wipe guide bars, rails with neutral cleaner. After each shift: clean label-cutting area, brush mechanism, and conveyor surface. Lubricate guide bars and rail periodically per schedule. Do not spray water directly on electrical enclosures.
