Fonctionnement
Material is reduced in the pulverizer main unit with an internal screen frame for adjustable fineness (10–120 mesh). Crushed powder is conveyed by negative pressure to a cyclone separator and dust collector; the cyclone discharges material through a rotary discharge valve (airlock). All motors are explosion-proof (EXd IIBT4); pipelines are equipped with explosion-vent ports; all units and flanges are grounded with bonding wire to prevent electrostatic ignition.

Nettoyage et entretien
Before each run: check inside for metal foreign objects; verify bolt tightness, belt tension, and guard integrity. Bag bearings re-greased every 2000 h with QSY-5-790 No. 2 white grease (penetration 265–295), upper-half fill only — overfilling causes overheating. Inspect blades and liners for wear; replace promptly when output fineness coarsens.
