Fonctionnement

Bottles are conveyed through three integrated stations in sequence: (1) rinsing – bottles are inverted and flushed; (2) isobaric filling – the liquid tank with floating-ball level control fills bottles at 60–85 °C under 0.2–0.3 MPa; (3) capping – screw caps are sorted, loaded, and applied. CIP cleaning interface and liquid-level sight glass are standard.
