Fonctionnement
Bottles ride a flat-top conveyor onto the indexed rotary turntable. Station 1 (fill): volumetric filling head doses 30–300 ml of liquid. Station 2 (cap placement): vibratory bowl orients caps; automatic placer drops a cap onto each bottle neck. Station 3 (screw-capping): a chuck rotates and screws the cap to set torque. Autonics photoelectric sensors detect bottle presence to inhibit empty-cycle operation. Delta PLC sequences all stations via touchscreen HMI.
