Il utilise un moteur à vibrations verticales avec deux poids excentriques aux extrémités supérieure et inférieure de l'arbre pour générer un mouvement tridimensionnel (vertical, horizontal, inclinaison) sur le cadre de l'écran. En ajustant l'angle de phase et le poids des marteaux supérieurs/inférieurs, on peut régler le temps de séjour et le chemin de mouvement du matériau sur le maillage. Diamètre du tamis efficace Φ910 mm surface de criblage 0.6359m2, débit 600–800 kg/h selon la densité du matériau et la viscosité. Capable d'accepter 1 à 5 couches de maille; précision de dépistage jusqu'à 28 μm avec entrée d'alimentation scellée (pas de sortie de poussière). 1–5
