Three-dimensional vibrating screen. A vertical vibration motor mounted at the center of the base serves as the excitation source. By adjusting the angles of the upper and lower eccentric weight blocks on the motor shaft, the machine generates combined vertical, horizontal, and tilted three-dimensional motion. This controls both the screening effect and the speed/path of material travel through the screen. Screen layers are stacked between the base and discharge frame; a patented mesh-frame design improves screening efficiency versus conventional designs. Structure: screen mesh, chassis, and vibration motor as primary components.
