Funcionamiento
Sterilized vials are conveyed to the filling section. For powder filling (SED-4FGJ-F): vials enter via a rotary turntable, pass through an upset-vial rejection mechanism, then move to the filling zone where 4 servo-driven auger screws meter powder doses (0.5–5 g, ±3–4% accuracy) directly into vials. For liquid filling (SED-12YTG-F): 12-head linear piston pumps simultaneously fill vials (1–10 mL, ±1% accuracy). After filling, the SED-16-12ZG-F stoppering and capping machine: an electromagnetic vibratory stopper feeder feeds rubber stoppers, a rotary tracking stoppering mechanism inserts stoppers with ≥99.5% pass rate; an aluminum cap vibratory feeder then delivers caps, and a single-knife flexible continuous rotating roll-crimp head seals each vial with ≥99.5% crimp quality. 'No-vial / no-fill' and 'no-vial / no-stopper' interlocks prevent waste and contamination. Siemens Smart200 PLC coordinates all three machine sections.
