Funcionamiento
Bottles are fed by the rotary-table bottle feeder (SED-800ZP-M) into a single-track conveyor. The air-wash cleaner (SED-QX-M) — controlled by touchscreen, PLC, proximity sensors, and variable-frequency drive — cleans each vial before filling. The 4-head powder filler (SED-4FGJ-M) uses servo-motor-driven screw filling to dispense powder directly into vials; a horizontal stopper-insertion mechanism seats the rubber stopper at the bottle neck. The aluminium foil sealer (SED-LF-M) seals the stopper. The crimping/screw capper (SED-CG-M) applies and crimps the aluminium cap using cam-index positioning and three-blade sealing. Finally, the labeler (SED-PT-M) applies and prints labels, with automatic batch number printing and reject detection. The entire line is PLC-controlled with synchronized speed adjustment between stations.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Bottles are fed by the rotary-table bottle feeder (SED-800ZP-M) into a single-track conveyor.
