Funcionamiento
Pre-washed vials are loaded onto a 304 stainless-steel woven belt (≈1250 mm wide, 50–500 mm/min). Bottles travel through a 780 mm pre-heat zone, three high-temp zones (1428+1314+1314 mm = 4056 mm) sterilizing at up to 350°C with HEPA-filtered Class-100 laminar hot-air circulation, then through 2 cooling zones (1872+1492 mm = 3364 mm) with water-cooled coils to ≤35°C exit temp. Heat-rated fans drive the air through HEPA filters, returning humid air via dedicated exhaust blowers. Servo-controlled lift gates seal the inlet/outlet to prevent contamination ingress.
Proceso de funcionamiento
1Pre-washed vials are loaded onto a 304 stainless-steel woven belt (≈1250 mm wide, 50–500 mm/min).
