Funcionamiento
PS sheet is advanced by a servo motor and chain-clamp traction mechanism. In the preheat zone, alloy-aluminum preheat plates with PID temperature compensation uniformly heat the sheet. A punch with filtered compressed air then blow-forms the sheet into cup cavities in the mold, followed by water cooling. A volumetric servo-driven external filling system dispenses a metered dose (150–200 g). The top film is heated and punched to form wedge-shaped openings; pneumatic heat-seal heads with Teflon-coated contact surfaces seal at controlled temperature and pressure. A combined die performs simultaneous punch-cut and die-cut, ejecting waste synchronously.
