Funcionamiento
Glass beer bottles enter on a SUS304 bottle-bottom conveyor with a feed screw and transfer to the rinse turret. A clamp-on neck holder grips and inverts each bottle for rinsing (0.18–0.25 MPa, CNP washing pump CHL2-30, 370 W); height-adjustable rinser heads accommodate varied bottle heights. Bottles right themselves and transfer to the filler. The filler valves are leak-free isobaric (counter-pressure) type running at 2–5°C for beer; mechanical spring bottle carriers and cam-track bottle-bottom support raise each bottle to engage the valve, dispense to ≤±5 mm level accuracy, and lower it. Bottles transfer to the 4-head capper with special-alloy capping blades and plastic abductor jaws (prevents glass crush damage). A pulsed vibratory disc orders crown caps with adjustable pulse frequency synced to line speed.
